Order help without fake escrow

Payment goes to the seller through Stripe Connect at checkout. Use report and refund flows when something goes wrong.

Not escrow

Payment goes to the seller at checkout via Stripe — this is not escrow. If something is missing or damaged, use Report a problem on the order. Sellers can issue a full or partial refund. Confirm delivery only after you inspect the gear. Estimated tax shown at checkout is an estimate only; Gridly does not collect or remit sales tax.

Report a problem

After payment, open your order and use Report a problem if parts are missing, the item arrived damaged, or it is not as described. Prefer reporting within a few days of delivery and before confirming delivery when possible.

Refunds

Sellers receive payment through Stripe Connect when the buyer pays. Gridly does not hold buyer funds. Report problems within a few days of delivery; sellers or admins can refund (funds are reversed from the seller’s connected account when possible). High-ticket gear: photograph condition and included accessories before shipping.

Shipping delays

If a seller does not ship a paid order within a reasonable window, contact them in order chat. Gridly support and admins can escalate and refund when policy warrants. See Contact for email support.

Confirm delivery

Only confirm delivery after you inspect the gear. Confirmation advances the order workflow; it does not mean Gridly was holding money for you.
