What Gridly collects
Gridly may collect account information (name, email, profile), listing content and photos, shipping addresses and phone numbers, order and message history, notification preferences, and transaction-related records needed to operate the marketplace.
How data is used
Collected information is used to operate the marketplace, display listings, process checkout and shipping, prevent fraud, support account access, send transactional notifications, and improve product quality. Some records are retained for security, dispute, and accounting needs.
Processors and service providers
Gridly relies on third-party processors including Clerk (authentication), Convex (application database and file storage), Stripe (payments and Connect payouts), ShipStation/ShipEngine (rates, labels, tracking), and Resend (transactional email). Those providers process personal information as needed to perform their role.
Account and listing visibility
Information in published listings or public seller profiles may be visible to other users. Do not put unnecessary sensitive information in public listing fields. Order shipping details are shared with the counterparty as needed to fulfill the order.
Retention and requests
Gridly may retain marketplace records for operational, legal, financial, and security reasons. Privacy-related requests should be sent through the official support or contact channel maintained by the company. A counsel-reviewed privacy notice with retention periods and state-specific rights should replace this summary before open launch.
